I have kegged and sampled my Honey wheat ale, and it is very good! A beautiful golden color, and good flavor from my own home grown hops. Nice alcohol, but not too strong. Around 7.5% ABV. Wish you were here!

I made a nice batch of Honey Wheat Ale and CA Pale Ale over the last weekend, and am looking forward to tasting it. I am making 15 gallon extract batches, so just divide by 3 for your 5 gallon batches. This will make a nice session brew.
